high-tech chinese vessels including the manned submersible jiaolong are on display during the ongoing the 2020 china marine economy expo (cmee). besides jiaolong, its mothership shenhai yihao (deepsea no. 1), and dredging vessel tian kun hao are on show. the cmee is held between oct. 15 and 18 under the theme of "open cooperation, win-win and sharing" in shenzhen, south china's guangdong province. it focuses on shipbuilding and port shipping, marine resource development, high-end offshore equipment, marine electronic information, marine biological medicine, and marine conservation and safety. it exhibits cutting-edge marine technologies and equipment from home and abroad, and hold forums and activities to promote cooperation in marine economy.
